When you are having trouble viewing items, seeing updates, or accessing items here are the top fixes for most problems.

  1. Clear Web Browser cache (See the Using the Right Browser page)
  2. Reboot Computer
  3. Try a different browser (See the Using the Right Browser page for supported browsers)
  4. Try a different computer

Web form

mail imageComplete the WTClass Help Request Form. An email will be sent to the IT Support Center and support personnel will get back to you to assist with your problem.


Phone

phone imageContact the IT Support Center by phone at 806-651-HELP (4357) and support personnel will be happy to assist you. Phone support is generally available from 7:00am until 9:00pm. Check the IT Support Center's web page for current hours.

Please have your Buff ID number and any additional information ready for the IT Support Center representative. This information may include information about the course ID, type of computer you are using, or where you are located on campus.

 

Missing Course(s)

If a course is missing from your course list, please first check to make sure that you are listed as the instructor of record in Buff Advisor. Courses are not added to an instructors account until they appear as instructor of record in Buff Advisor. After they are in Buff Advisor it can take up to two (2) hours for this update to take place.

If you are not listed as instructor of record, please contact your Department Head or Dean to have them contact the Registrar's Office to be placed as instructor of record.

 

Missing Student in Grade Center

If a student is missing in your Grade Center, he/she may have been hidden from the Grade Center.
