My Course

Information about the module page and your course entry point.

Staring with the 2016MAY term, all requests to merge multiple courses into a single course must be directed through the respective department to the Registrar's Office.

This change has been made in order for State Reporting, Publishing Grades, Roster Add/Drops to function correctly.

If you see courses on your course list that you do not want to see, or should not be there, please note:

  1. If the course has been canceled the course will remain in WTClass in case you have worked on content you might want for a future offering of the course. Consider Hiding the Course From My Courses
  2. If you have been removed as Instructor of Record in the Course but still see it, contact the Help Desk to request the course be removed from your My Courses module.
  3. If you see too many courses from previous semesters, please see the options for hiding and removing courses from your course list.

Duplicate your course across sections or terms. We currently recommend using the Copy Course.

To add a user (instructor, student, GA, etc.) to a course, please complete the Request to Add a User to a Course in WTClass form.

Where is my Course?

Courses generally become available in WTClass 1-3 weeks after midterms for instructors. Only courses that list you as the instructor of record in Buff Advisor appear in WTClass.

If you are unable to see a course in WTClass, check to make sure you are listed as instructor of record in Buff Advisor. Please allow up to two (2) hours for changes in Buff Advisor to take effect in WTClass.
