This can occur because of several reasons:

Your cache is full and needs to be emptied.

Try closing Camtasia and reopening it and attempting it again. (Be sure to save your work first.)

Try rebooting your computer. (Be sure to save your work first.)

If you are on a virtual machine, Camtasia may not work. Try a different computer.
