The Recording Studios, located in the Hastings Electronic Learning Center, are designed for faculty to create course videos using several different approaches. Those approaches include:

The Academic Technology department facilitates the video shoots, edits the content, adds graphics, and produces the video out onto our media server (Panopto), and provides assistance with captioning for accessibility and inclusivity. To schedule an appointment to meet with the Academic Technology Multimedia team about course videos you would like to create, email the Miltimedia Team at itmultimedia@wtamu.edu or stop by their offices in HELC 45.
Additional Services Provided
Any time that you use our video services, we are able to come and pick you up from your office or classroom on campus in our golf cart to take you to our studios. Even in the rain, snow, or extreme heat! That way you feel and look your best when you come to record.
