I am getting an error about the Respondus Project folder being missing. What do I do?
This error message means that the folder “Respondus Projects” was not correctly installed on your computer. Please contact the IT Success Center for help to place this folder and its contents in the correct location.
I am getting an error "Authentication failed."
Either you have entered the wrong Username and/or Password, or Respondus may require an update in order to communicate with WTClass. Please check for an update by going to Help > Check for Update.
I am getting an error "Error accessing course list; either the login failed or it has no access to any courses."
On Windows 10 machines, you may need to open Internet Explorer before attempting to connect to WTClass. You do not need to log into WTClass, you do not need to make IE the default browser, and you do not need use IE for anything else. IE just needs to be open in the background when you connect to WTClass within Respondus. See the document Respondus Error.
